The key when considering Universal Corporations such as Amazon regarding naturalistic outcomes is recognizing the 360 degree responsibility that incorporates the wholistic capacity of basic needs of all society due to a complete Global need to economic development, jobs, education, housing and, health/safety first.

Once these topics can be addressed we can begin to identify the actual need there after of each state of one's economy.  The question is, how do we begin to identify where each City stands in the moment of Amazon's presents when they arrive...

And what do we do to Pivot thereafter....
